Summary of Leadership & Governance structure

Footprints of Glory runs a membership-based foundation. Members and Affiliates are bounded by a common Constitution which spells out how each party is connected to the vision of the organization.

                                                                             Governance and Leadership Structure

The Foundation is administered by a Management Committee which comprises the Board of Directors and Council of Advisors.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the preeminent governing body of the Foundation, with a maximum of ten (10) members, including the Executive Director, who casts an additional vote in the event of a tie. The Council of Advisors, led by its Chairperson, provides counsel to the Board on Foundation-related matters.

Council of Advisors

The supervisory council comprises a maximum of seven (7) members, with the authority to establish sub-committees and working groups as required to accomplish the Foundation’s objectives. The council convenes quarterly, and it is known as the Council of Advisors, consisting of:
